| Abstract: | [中文摘要]：为避免基于速率控制的TCP友好拥塞控制策略在调整多媒体流的发送速率时变化波动较大的问题，提出一种新的改进策略——延迟预警算法，通过在发送端设置延迟预警信号，对TFRC流的发送速率进行调整，使其在与TCP流的竞争中变得更加平滑。仿真实验结果表明，该算法能够有效改善TFRC的性能，具有良好TCP友好性及速率平滑性。
[英文摘要]：In order to develop spatial information service engine, which can try its best to meet the Quality-of-Service (QoS) of service requirements, a new Spatial Information Service Engine (SISE) framework is designed. In SISE, service requirements contexts are identified and different policies are used in management of service requirement queues and in the service requirements distribution. In order to meet the requirements of higher priority service, the higher QoS service requirement must be served at first. |
